FLORENCE, AL – Every new restaurant, just before opening to the public has a ‘Friends and Family” night. That’s where the operators can fine tune right before the door open officially. Monday night, the Pie Factory on Court Street had it’s ‘shake-down’ cruise. We are pleased to report that the pizza is excellent. Yep. Working for the Quad-Cities Daily has great perks.
